“Lovely hotel convenient when flying to/from SAW airport. There was some noise from construction in the morning, but you are already awake and on with your day by then. Staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again 🙏”

“I spent one full week here at Wyndham hotel, well what to say… the position in Kalamis Marina it’s just perfect, you can have beautiful walks by the sea and reach easily the famous Bagdad street… the room in front of the sea was super … at breakfast you have a great choices on buffet… and the best part of the hotel are the people! Everybody from reception, to bar, restaurants and all are sooo professional, so helpful and very very friendly!! 🔝 hotel”

“All staff was courteous and professional. The guys at reception were so helpful in answering all our questions and sharing information to help us navigate through the city.
My room was cleaned thoroughly each day. I appreciate the lady’s work ethic.
The spa provided me with just the right “pick me up.” I had reflexology first. Secondly, I had a massage, then sauna, steam room, and finally the bath. What a way to get re-energized.
If you need a hotel on the Asian side, I highly recommend...

Die Kommunikation verlief trotz Übersetzer ohne Probleme.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel convinto di vivere un’esperienza di lusso, ma purtroppo è stato tutto il contrario.
Il servizio è stato il vero disastro: il personale alla reception è scortese e arrogante, sembra quasi che ti stiano facendo un favore ogni volta che chiedi qualcosa. Nessuna attenzione al cliente, nessun sorriso, solo superficialità e disorganizzazione.
Per un hotel che si definisce a 5 stelle, mi aspettavo ben altro.”

“Lovely hotel with a cafe and a pool. Short drive to town and restaurants. Parking is slim but manageable.
Cafe restaurant staff is excellent. Room had a nice view of the city and the water.”

“Cosa mi è piaciuto: la struttura in generale non è male, anzi, a prima vista si presenta come un edificio meritevole delle 5 stelle. Le stanze sono arredate secondo uno stile moderno, ma a mio parere niente di speciale. Ho trovato comoda l'idea di separare il bagno in tre sezioni (wc, lavandino con specchio, cabina doccia).
Cosa non mi è piaciuto: in reception è molto difficile ricevere un sorriso di benvenuto, sembra quasi che lo staff ti stia facendo un favore ospitandoti.

"La mia esperienza in questo hotel era molto negativa. La prima camera che ci hanno dato era sporca ( pavimento, finestre,divano ecc...). L'ho fatta subito cambiare. Vi hanno dato un'altra identica alla prima( per quanto riguarda la sporcizia) . La differenza tra una e l'altra era solo il divano che era più carino. Il bagno faceva pietà ( la doccia perdeva l'acqua,coperchio della tazza solo appoggiato no montato di misura sbagliata, il fon senza copertura dietro quindi devi stare attento quando ti asciughi i capelli perché ti si potrebbero intortigliare i capelli come successo anche a mia figlia.) In camera eravamo in due. Invece gli asciugamani, la trapunta erano solo per una persona. Quindi abbiamo dovuto a richiedere gli altri. La mondezza te la devi portare via tu perché nessuno ti viene pulire la camera. Un esperienza da dimenticare."
